MEASURE  N IS FOREVER:

ONCE YOU APPROVE THIS PARCEL TAX, IT IS FOREVER. CURRENT PARCEL TAXES ARE BEING PAID BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS SINCE 1984. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH IT IS TIME TO SAY NO AND VOTE NO ON MEASURE N.

The arguments made by the proponents of Measure  N offer no tangible evidence that instruction will be improved.

There is no tangible evidence of benefits to students, to property values or enhanced education.

Are you ready to commit yourself without knowing exactly what you are going to pay.   If you are, you should vote yes on Measure N, otherwise Vote NO on Measure N and encourage others to do the same.

Are you tired of paying these parcel taxes for over 35 years?

TIME TO VOTE NO ON MEASURE N

The school district has failed to manage all the money well and now they come to the homeowners as if they were an ATM where money is readily available to solve their mismanagement problems.

UNSUPPORTED CLAIMS

· There is no evidence that parcel taxes increase property values.
· There is no evidence that parcel taxes result in better schools.
· There is no question that Davis is a nice place to live because has a    world class university.
·  College-educated parents result in better performance in school. It has    nothing to do with using parcel taxes to pay teachers who already    receive salaries paid by the taxpayers
